Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Elvity to:

• Engage in illegal activity, including any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or governmental orders
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Distribute malicious content, such as malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm or disrupt systems or data
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data not intended for you
• Attempt prompt injection or similar attacks intended to manipulate or subvert the intended behavior of Elvity's AI Features, models, or outputs
• Disrupt or degrade service performance for other users
• Send spam or unsolicited messages, including bulk email, advertising, or promotional materials without proper consent
• Monitor or scrape the service, including collecting data from or about the service or users without permission
• Interfere with security measures, reverse engineer, or circumvent access controls or usage restrictions
• Use Elvity for high-risk activities, such as operating critical infrastructure or life-support systems, where service failure could result in injury or death

Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, transmit, or display through Elvity. You must ensure that such content:

• Does not violate laws or third-party rights
• Is not defamatory, obscene, harassing, or abusive
• Does not promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activity

You should independently review and verify all Outputs of AI Features as to appropriateness for any or all intended use cases or applications.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, which may include:

• Suspending or terminating your account
• Removing prohibited content
• Reporting violations to law enforcement or other relevant authorities

We reserve the right to update or modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of Elvity after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
